Sometime in the near future, most combat is done via drones. A hacker from no where hacks a quarter of the worlds drones. He unleashes them and says "you must kill ______ people in target location, or my machines will kill all around indiscriminately nonstop."

There should be an international anti-weaponized-drone law between all great nations.

None can deny the sanctity of life is disregarded to the fullest extent when a drone is used to kill another human being. Be for humanity.
