Talking with a smooth flow shows that you are in control of your emotions. This seems to be a state often found in feeling happy.
EDIT: It seems as though when people are happy, they are also comfortable, when comfortable, there is less hesitation.

In observing other people, I learned to see the flow of life.

EDIT: I suppose finding out what makes us happy may be a well fitting key to comfort. Could it be Exploration or perhaps Creation? It seems to me as though many people desire to create as well as explore, though more are content with exploring. I suppose that exploring in a way, is creation, in the sense that when exploring, we learn, develop (create) new ideas and thoughts.
