This video makes a good point. In the beginning it quickly addresses how easy it is to be a bully.
It then goes on to show stopping can be up to someone on the outside of the conversation sometimes.
You may be doing both sides a favor. The bully may not even realize and the bullied is definitely feeling like hell without support.
