Wisdom comes from learning. Unless we're experimenting with the sounds of our own voice, we're not learning very much while we're talking. Maybe we can listen.
I try to remember what I eat throughout the day to see how my body reacts to each thing. If I drink 4+ cans of soda within a few hours, I often get a sore throat, regardless of previous health.
A couple months ago on PBS, I saw a lecture or speech by Dr. Wayne Dyer. The speech was oriented on thoughts and meditations he had on each line of an ancient book. That book is the "Tao Teh Ching."
For the things I seek, I'm aware of no guidance or teachers except merciless curiosity. What keeps me seeking is a chosen belief in the thought that ignorance is akin to lifelessness.
As mentioned briefly before, I use gaming as a tool for achieving enlightenment (and having fun at the same time).
I believe as martial arts, chess, calligraphy and many other sports can bring to light life's subtle truths,through questioning experiences, so can gaming.
