Retirement of that which is lost
By: David Rader II on June 25, 2007 @ 9:38 PM

A warm breeze
A chilling freeze
What do I think
When life leaves

On both my knees
I hope for peace
Then I sit down
I hear the trees
I see the bees
On the flowers

I stand up
I find my keys
I unlock doors
To hidden fees

A poem on retirement, got the idea from the leaving of Jeeves from ask.com. Originally written 02/26/06
